Your dental work can often be completed in one visit while asleep. I perform all phases of dental work in a hospital setting while the patient is asleep utilizing general anesthesia that is administered by a physician anesthesiologist. In that way, I can devote myself completely to treating the patient while the anesthesiologist devotes himself to maintaining the patient's restful sleep. Since the patient is asleep, there is no pain or discomfort involved.
Candidates for dental work while asleep are patients who are medically compromised, handicapped and cannot be treated in an office setting, those who are allergic to local anesthetics, others who are fearful and want to be completely asleep during the treatment process and, lastly, there are individuals who want to have all of their work done in one visit and do not want to come to a dental office week after week to have their dental work completed.
Please do not hesitate to contact my office for complete details.
